Of hope, that is. Not quite the light at the end of the tunnel just yet. But we have movement in the right direction again. We got word that the certifications were released by the San Rafael civil registry. Can I get a ‘Wooo Hooo!’? I realize that the release of certificates may sound a bit bland. But trust me, it is a big deal in our little tiny world. It also seems as if the kinks are getting ironed out with the Central Authority. And while we don’t know anyone who has gotten a contrasena back out of the CA, it appears that they are at least working. At least it appears that way from what I read on the internet – and you know I believe everything I read on the internet (and so should you). Peace.
