May your body be strong and fast once more.
May there be a rotisserie chicken on every counter.
May there be a big, soft couch where no humans are allowed.
May you have friends to ‘roo’ with you every day.
May there always be a warm leg to lean against.
May you finally catch the rabbit.

We will miss your sweet, gentle spirit!
Oh Jane…I’m so, so sorry! I think we all knew this day was coming but that certainly doesn’t make it any easier!!!
I’m so glad you had the time that you did with Max! His life was a better one because of you and your family’s love for him!!! Of the couple times I met him, I could certainly recognize that sweet and gentle spirit you write about! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to know him!
My thoughts and prayers will be with you and your children as you all grieve the loss of your beloved family member.
God Bless,
-Melissa

I can’t believe he was 13! Tennessee and Lina were both ten and that’s where Kelsie is at right now. Crazy how used to them we get. I picked up some James Harriot stories over the weekend for more stories about people who are funny about their animals. Niece Maria is reading it too!
